Damouni.Dev provides professional web design and development services for small businesses, including:
All project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed before work begins.
We offer a free website preview before any payment is required. This preview is a design mockup intended to demonstrate the look and feel of your future website. The preview does not constitute a finished product and may require additional development after payment is received.
By requesting a free preview, you agree that the preview is the intellectual property of Damouni.Dev until full payment is received.
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing content such as text edits, color adjustments, or image swaps.
Requests for new pages, new sections, or significant redesigns after the project has started are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately at $50 minimum per request.

Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Monthly maintenance plans include the services specified in the plan description. Maintenance plans do not include new page design, major redesigns, or new features unless explicitly stated. One-off updates outside the plan are available at $50 minimum per request.
Damouni.Dev's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the delivered website.
We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or services outside our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the project. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
