Do I really get to see the site before paying?
Yes — 100%. I build a full preview of your website before you pay a single dollar. You see exactly what you're getting. If you don't love it, you owe me nothing. No risk, no pressure.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most sites are delivered within 1-2 weeks of receiving your intake form. The sooner you fill out the form with your content and photos, the faster we can build.
What do I need to provide?
After payment, you'll fill out a short intake form (takes about 5 minutes). You'll provide your business description, logo if you have one, photos, and any specific pages or features you need. We handle everything else.
What if I want changes after seeing the preview?
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Just tell me what you'd like changed and I'll update it. Additional revision rounds are $50 each.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes — every site I build is mobile-first. It'll look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. I test on multiple devices before delivery.
Do I own my website after it's built?
Yes — once you've paid in full, the website is 100% yours. You own the design, the code, and everything on it. I retain the right to show it in my portfolio.
What about hosting? Do I need to pay for that separately?
The one-time project price doesn't include hosting. I can help you set up hosting on a service like Netlify (free tier available) or you can add one of our monthly maintenance plans which includes hosting.
What's the payment structure?
50% deposit before work begins, 50% due when you approve the finished site. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
